Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements Responsibilities Job Scope: Restaurant Service Crew As a Restaurant Service Crew, your role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities include: 1. Customer Service & Hospitality Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats. Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, requests, and feedback politely. 2. Order & Food Handling Ensure proper communication with the kitchen for timely order preparation. Assist in plating and presenting food according to restaurant standards. Handle takeaway and delivery orders efficiently. 3. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. 4. Cashier & Billing (If Assigned) Process customer payments accurately using POS systems. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts. 5. Teamwork & Operations Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations. Restock supplies such as cutlery, condiments, and napkins. Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up or cleaning the restaurant. A service crew member should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
